Sukhpal Singh Ahluwalia, a prominent British entrepreneur, has garnered attention for his recent acquisition of an expansive 11,416-square-foot apartment at DLF's prestigious project, The Camellias, located in Gurugram, for a staggering ₹100 crore. This notable purchase is significant, as acquiring property in Gurugram, particularly within the elite DLF Camellias, is a remarkable feat. The Camellias boasts 16 towers, each ranging from 18 to 38 stories, making it one of DLF's most luxurious developments. Ahluwalia also possesses a residence on Kautilya Marg in Lutyens’ Delhi, marking this as the third ₹100 crore transaction within this exclusive complex, which has become one of India's most sought-after residential locations.

Sukhpal Singh serves as the founder and non-executive chairman of Dominus, a family-run enterprise specializing in real estate and private equity investments. His LinkedIn profile indicates that he established Dominus in 2011, with operations spanning various sectors, including hospitality, residential and commercial real estate, aviation, private equity, and wealth management. The firm manages assets exceeding £1 billion and is involved in the development of over a dozen hotels, with a total project value surpassing £1.5 billion.
Prior to launching Dominus, Sukhpal Singh founded Euro Car Parts, which evolved into one of Europe's largest distributors of automotive parts. He initiated this venture in 1978 after moving to the UK at 18. From a single shop, he expanded Euro Car Parts to over 300 locations, employing more than 12,000 individuals. In 2011, he sold the company to LKQ Corporation, a Nasdaq-listed entity, but remained as Executive Chairman for its UK and Ireland divisions until 2018. He later acquired GSF Car Parts, the UK's leading car parts distributor, where he currently acts as Executive Chairman, actively steering the company's growth.

The Camellias has recently seen significant transactions, including a 16,000 sq ft penthouse purchased by Rishi Parti, director of Info-x Software Technology, for ₹190 crore, marking it as one of India's priciest apartment deals. This luxurious complex is home to numerous high-profile entrepreneurs and business families, consistently ranking among the country's most expensive residential markets. Notable residents include Aman Gupta, co-founder of BoAt, JC Chaudhry, founder of Aakash Educational Services, and various startup entrepreneurs.
